Being in 5D is a choice…but it’s also about using what’s available to assist you when you fall out of the higher frequencies.

Maureen says:

Traffic Lights or the “M” Effect!

Once I bought a card for my father-in-law’s birthday. It showed a woman daydreaming at a traffic light, with a line up of cars behind her. The caption read, “I was thinking about your birthday while I was out driving today, and the traffic light changed and suddenly all the cars behind me started honking in celebration! Wasn’t that nice of them?”

I knew my stepfather would love it because he doesn’t know what I do, at least not for sure.  But he’s convinced that whatever it is, it’s an odd thing to do and he thinks it’s strange that other people like this “airy” stuff.

How about “claiming” your right to be 5D?

My close friend, Kelley Knight had a different traffic experience.  She claimed she wanted to be “back in” 5D where she’d been hanging out since the MerKaBa Class with me put her up there. She and her family were at a another family members’ graduation, in a city they were not as familiar with. When they stopped at the traffic light both she and her husband could see the light change, (at 5D) but no one was moving! Why?  Because the people around them were still in 3D.

At 5D the information is instantaneous  and they KNEW the light had changed. The people all around them didn’t observe that as quickly because they were in 3D. This can be one of the many ways… you start to notice you are “going 5D.”

Kelley says:

My husband and I recently traveled to another state to attend a graduation ceremony.  I really don’t like to travel there because of how dense and heavy the energy feels to me in that area.  In the days leading up to the trip, I had been receiving messages that we would also be doing some work in anchoring in some higher frequencies while we were there.

I also received the message that this may knock me out of the blissful vibration I had been holding for the last few weeks.  But of course, when you’re feeling so good, you’re thinking “There’s no way that’s going to happen!”

Well…as a lot of us know, the work of transmuting lower energies and anchoring in higher ones, can many times take it’s toll energetically, and nearly boot you back to the same old 3D energies you’re  transmuting!

I also received the message that I may discover some new tools as a result of this trip (that message should have been my first clue this might not be pleasant!!)

During the ceremony, I was caught off guard when a disturbing video was shown unexpectedly, and it was quite upsetting.

Maureen and I had a long talk about the entire experience.  She described what happened regarding my reaction to the unexpected video like this: We (both she and I) are so sensitive – that these objectionable experiences (Maureen talks more about this in her Flower of Life blog this week), can knock us way out.  And when we’re really tuned in and connected to our Higher Selves, we experience everything as real…and we don’t have time to suspend our disbelief like you automatically do when going to see a movie at the theater.

After being home a few days from the trip and still feeling like I’d been hit by an energetic freight train, I decided that beginning the next day I was going back to 5D NO MATTER WHAT!  As Maureen teaches, once you’ve been there…you can always find your way back.  Now…we may find that easier said than done…but, that’s where Maureen, the Theory of Resonance in Physics and a couple cool new tools come in!

During my conversation with Maureen, I mentioned to her a couple of different times, that I could feel my frequency rising.  This happens when two sources, both vibrating at different frequencies, one faster/higher and the other slower/lower, come into Resonance…the slower/lower frequency will always rise to match the faster/higher frequency.

Because of my choice to return to 5D a couple days prior to connecting with Maureen, I was already on the way back “up”…and my intention/desire to return to that frequency provided me with some tools to do just that.

First, I decided that I was not participating in the lower energy any longer.  It was not my truth, therefore it was not my reality.  I felt an immediate shift.

Next, my Higher Self and I created, and the Universe provided, a situation (connecting with Maureen) that also would enable me to raise my personal vibration, and that was enough to put me right back into 5D with a resounding THUMP!

About the thump…it wasn’t a smooth landing.  After our long conversation, I was fine, and felt really good!  About 15 minutes later, my stomach began to feel as if it were in a vise grip, then I began to feel extremely nauseous!!!  I checked in and got that it was energetic, however it sure was manifesting itself physically big time!!  I was doing everything I could do, you know like the Lamaze breathing technique used during childbirth (it didn’t work any better then than it did now!) and just trying to do anything I could to avoid getting sick!

Then I had the urge that I HAD to be in water…which was certainly not what I felt like doing at the time!  Interestingly enough, Maureen had also mentioned taking an Epsom salts bath to clear my energy.  I didn’t have any on hand (and certainly didn’t feel like driving to go get some), so just the water in the shower would have to be enough to wash away any energetic debris.

As soon as I was out of the water, I had this amazing openness, with information pouring in and it just kept increasing!  I was getting the answer to anything I could possibly think of, before I could even finish thinking of it!!  I knew I was totally back in 5D!

Then, I got the full download of what had taken place…I had been asking for this..remember I decided on one day, that on the next day I was going to be AT LEAST 5D again.  So what happened is, by me making such a strong intention, the universe provided a “tool” i.e. connecting with Maureen who holds this energy, to assist me in clearing the last of whatever it was, which put me back where I was before the trip, which is what I had very strongly asked for.

AND, the fast boost to my energy system and changing vibration and frequency so quickly (not to mention dimensions)  was what was giving me the physical symptoms.  So THEN, I finally remembered the new tool I had gotten a day earlier when I decided I would no longer participate in the lower energy and made the intention/decision/choice that I would wake up the next day in 5D….  So I said, “I choose to experience this ‘reboot’ with NO ill effects to my physical body.  And it let up, A LOT! Not all the way, but enough to where I could stop the Lamaze breathing 😉

So when you find yourself getting bumped out of 5D, remember to try these tools:

Claim your right to 5D!…INTEND/Decide/Choose that you are in 5D… Ask your Higher Self to bring you people/situations that will boost your frequency…and don’t forget the Epsom salts!

HUGE Energy Coming in w/ the 9/22/13 Equinox, TRANSFORMATION, It’s Already Begun!

I’ve been getting information for awhile now about just how big the energy is that is coming in through the September 22nd, 2013 equinox.  And as expected, everyone is sensing it and writing about it.  I’m just going to post a few links  to some of the ones I’ve really resonated with.

Wherever you are for the equinox this coming Sunday, try to be outside in the sun, and just allow the energy to flow through you with the intention of becoming the most evolved expression of yourself that you are capable of being and intend the same for the collective of humanity. I have felt this intense, but very beautiful energy, physically for at least a couple of weeks now.  And I have a feeling, we ain’t seen nothing yet!  It’s all good, no worries,  and most of all, no fear…only LOVE.  Many will find themselves transformed during this time.

Also, some gatekeepers will be working as “bridges” to facilitate the anchoring in of these powerful energies in certain areas.  Wherever you are for this equinox, is exactly where you are supposed to be.

NEW SOURCE Report, Maureen St. Germain & Kelley Knight

SOURCE Reports began as an informational on how the energy is manifesting.  For the last few months, my friend Maureen and I have been receiving complimentary information, and we have been able to build upon that intel.  We’re choosing to join forces in order to get this info out, and because we feel that what is forthcoming is substantial.  We are getting confirmation of it all around us.  It is radical enough that producing this information this way together, allows us to make sure we are covering the ground we need to cover.  So read on and stay tuned!

It is important to note that we have completed all of our “stuff”.  The slate is completely wiped clean.  We are free to create whatever we want. We have no more, karma.  Even the version of the reality that you choose to live in is up to you.  Think of the possibilities!

Kelley says:  It is all up to us now, and only us. Now is the time where we can literally reinvent ourselves!  We are the creators now. It can feel overwhelming when you begin to realize that now YOU are the one responsible for you.  You are now one of those guides we’ve all come to count over the years…and we’re also becoming mini-Ascended Masters too!

We’re merging with our higher selves and now it’s all up to us…we are creating as we go. Nothing is there until we look at it, until we ‘see’ it there…this is also instant manifestation.

Not only are we done with karma; we’ve completed our contracts with and for others. We have stepped onto the first page of our new story. That page is blank, and we are the authors. So, go ahead…write your new story…how do you want your life to look??

Maureen says:  If you are feeling overwhelmed, I want you to have a game for yourself that will allow you to step out of your overwhelmed feeling. In this game I give you a magic wand.  With this magic wand you can wave it and change everything.  So as you look at your situation of overwhelm, ask what you need to change and then wave your magic on and let it change.

We’ve all heard the phrase “Be careful what you ask for”.  So in this case, we urge you to go for the feeling of happiness first.

You can now choose what you want in place.  You can choose more than one version of the reality.  In fact it’s very helpful if you do allow yourself to view more than one solution to a problem.

As you observe yourself, follow that thread one line at a time and then let that thread hang much like a close line and then draw another line next to the first line and see that version of the future play out and then another and then another. Pretty soon you have five lines;  you add a treble clef and you have what is needed to make music.  Consider that you are doing all of these things at the same time; that the different experiences orchestrated together produce a symphony unlike anything you could have ever imagined.

Kelley says:

New tools being brought forward. And new abilities are being realized.  We really have no idea what we’re capable of and we will stumble onto these new found gifts and ways of being and it will seem quite magical!

Consider using very specialized words that will allow you to change a situation.  You have all heard the term “cancel clear”.  This term, “cancel, clear!”  is a common one to retract a statement that you might say in humor but would never want it to be so in reality.  A new tool, for you to use is a single word. This single word is “neutralize”.  There will be more words, and more tools.  Words are just one “branch” of the new tools.

Maureen says: Any time, you are finding yourself in any kind of emotion that does not produce pleasure, anything that isn’t all love  – neutralize…And watch what happens!

Kelley says:  Try “free-styling” it…and by this I mean,  experiment with developing your own tools…come up with your own word to use to neutralize a situation or course of action.

Here’s a real life example of making your own tools.  A friend of mine is miserable in his current workplace.  He’s diligently looking for another job, but the closer he gets to that new job, the more he doesn’t want to be working for his current employer.

We all know ways to raise our vibration, using methods such as, listening to music, meditation, spending time in nature, etc.  When my friend is at work he can’t really take any time to do any of those things.  So I gave him a tool to use.  Instead, I told him to make a dial and place it somewhere in his body.  Now turn the knob on that dial as high as you want it to go, the more you turn, the more you raise your frequency and vibration.

Once you move the dial, you’re out of your current situation…and I don’t mean physically, but it may as well be. Since he’s now operating from a higher frequency, he can still interact physically with his coworkers in his physical 3d workplace, but it’s as if he’s experiencing a whole different reality, and he is!

But what’s changed is him, not the situation.  This is how he removed himself, or rather removed his energy from the situation, even though physically he’s still there.  An acquaintance who also works at this same place who also is unhappy there, commented to me recently on our mutual friend’s attitude.  She asked in amazement, “How does he do it?!?  It’s as if none of the crazy stuff that goes on here phases him, he’s always so positive!”  And I replied, “That’s because he chose to create his own reality and now he’s having a completely different experience”.

Maureen and Kelley say:  When we both observed the star of David portal, we saw it like a megaphone. The first one took place on July 29th.  The second Star of David  took place on August 25th.

Picture two megaphones each laying on their sides, with the small ends butted up against each other and the larger end of one facing to the left and the larger end of the other one facing to the right.

When we entered the portal on 7/29, we entered the ‘megaphone’ turned on its side with the big end facing us. While were in the portal, we passed through the narrow part where the two small ends meet in the middle, and then continued on to come out the larger side of the the second ‘megaphone’ into what we would call our ‘future; passing through the Star of David portal.  While we were in the narrow section, we were squeezed and compressed, ringing out the last of any lower vibrational energies we were holding.

Maureen says:  Because of the work we have done, you, us, and humanity, we have been given the privilege of another month to finish our manifestation work.

Kelley says:  When I first looked at the astrological chart for the Star of David,  I immediately saw 2 stars, representing both the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine.  There is a 5 pointed star within the 6 pointed Star of David.  After the fall equinox on September 22nd, many will fully realize, without a doubt that they have been transformed.

A long time ago I received a message about how subtle this Great Shift of the Ages was really going to be.  Instead of some grand event, one day we would just realize that we’ve already shifted.  It will be much easier than being born, and more simple than dying. There is no event to watch for outside of ourselves, as the shift is taking place inside each and every one of us, right now!  

We have entered the age of Aquarius.  And Aquarius is all about groups and unity…we’ve all heard spiritual teachers speak of the I AM Presence.  Now,  WE ARE…

Hubble Finds Mystery Alignment of Butterfly Nebulae

Merging with All the Pieces of Our Multidimensional Selves & The Polarity has Reached a Crescendo

We are in a very interesting phase of the Ascension process.  All of the pieces of ourselves that exist in all the different dimensions, are being pulled back into us as they are merging into oneness.  And to me, it feels even bigger than this…it feels like there are multiple “us’s” in each dimension.

Some people are experiencing this visually.  They are experiencing all the facets of their multi-dimensional selves, even  interacting with them.  They are seeing many other dimensions and interacting with beings from these higher dimensions.  These other places are RIGHT HERE…they’re just beyond our sight, and the veils are paper thin, or not there at all.

If you were in meditation and silence the majority of the time, you would have a better chance of seeing what’s taking place visually.  But because most of us still have jobs, kids, and  families, etc.; it grounds us which makes it harder to stay in the upper realms.  But make no mistake, if you are working on your Ascension process, you will feel this.  What I have experienced and most likely what will happen first for many, is we will “visit” with the higher dimensions and each time we go back we’ll find it easier to stay in that energy and hold the vibration longer.

If you’re not visual here’s what this may feel like…you may feel very “busy” but you aren’t really doing anything to warrant that feeling.  You may feel completely overwhelmed that there is SO much to do, but you don’t have a clue what any of those things are!  I have been experiencing this as what I assume “Restless Leg Syndrome” may feel like, except that it’s like “Restless Total Body Syndrome”!  It feels as if I am very busy, both physically and mentally, even when I’m still.  It’s a strange sensation but last night when I received the download on all of this, after asking what it was and what to do about it, I received a very simplistic answer…which was, “Just don’t resist“.  Let all resistance fall away and just allow the process.

Astrologically, there are some very profound happenings in the sky this month.  There is a Star of David (Merkaba) happening on the 29th which will be transformational for many.  More on this in a soon to follow upcoming post.  There is a big upgrade and another MULTI-dimensional shift in energy right on our doorstep!

I know that many have concerns about others who’ve done nothing to prepare for these energies and how are they going to handle them…I got a message about a year or so back about this and have written about it in earlier blog posts.  I feel it’s important to go over it again, so to recap…the way it was shown to me was that the people who have prepared and cleared for these energies would be in a sense, living in a separate reality.

But these people would be able to interact with the other reality which would be filled with chaos and strife, but the people in that reality wouldn’t be able to “see” the ones who were living in a higher vibrational place..or dimension.  The word “see” is not meant in a literal sense.  It only means they wouldn’t be forefront in their collective awareness.

Here’s why this is this information is so important, because if people working on their Ascension are worried that their loved ones might not experience the higher dimensions and that the ever increasing Light will be too much for their bodies to assimilate…they should never, ever try hold themselves back, because they will be that shining beacon leading and living by example, and that is more beneficial for people to see.

The most important part of what I saw was that those people who had prepared had a choice of whether to interact with the people who had not woke up for lack of a better way of putting it…but it was their choice of whether they wanted to initiate interaction.

For the most part, the other people just kept living in the old way until they didn’t have a choice.   Mother Earth is taking all of us along with her,  but it’s not going to be easy for some.  Just by being here they’ve been exposed to the energies (unconsciously of course) but at least they’ve been exposed enough in order to accept  some of the higher and ever increasing frequencies.

If you’ve ever seen the movie or read the book, The Celestine Prophecy, it’s kind of like that.  The people who are still mired in the muck and density and old, outdated and prejudiced belief systems, will continue to try to live that way, but there won’t be anything there to support them because the third density/dimension is going away.  It’s going to be hard for them, but eventually they will figure it out and get with the program.

People who are open minded won’t have that hard of a time, but the ones who refuse to consider anything different than operating in the old way will find it very difficult. But they’ll figure it out, and once they do it won’t take them long either, if they do the work.  The energy is here now facilitating the increase in consciousness, even in those still stuck in the muck, they just don’t know it yet.

The polarity has reached an all time high, furthering the seemingly split in realities.  An example of this is playing out right now in America.  On the one hand, we elected an African American President (aren’t we evolved??), and on the other hand, we have a 17 year old unarmed kid who was shot to death and his killer acquitted.

We have reached the crescendo of extremes in polarity, even within groups who are aware of what’s taking place.  It truly comes down to whether you are looking at what’s happening through the lens of love or the lens of fear.  If you’ve been working on clearing yourself for awhile, you won’t have any problem moving into the “reality”.  Where there was once resistance, now seems effortless and love permeates everything.

Fortunately, people are going through the process faster and faster…I am increasingly seeing this in the Consciousness Coaching readings I do.  It’s an amazing thing to witness and I have so much gratitude to be a part of something so awe inspiring and personally tran-formative.  I’ve had clients say profound things (when they weren’t aware about anything on the huge Shift in Consciousness) and have an INSTANT understanding of pretty complex concepts..I always tell them they already know all of this information, they just need to remember it, and they will.

With all this being said, it is important to remember to have compassion for our fellow human-beings.  And specifically,  to remember that they are US…just still sleeping in a little longer…

All Dimensions are Available to Us Now and the Splitting of Realities…

(Note:)  I actually had this post saved as a draft and completely forgot about it (read on for more on this forgetting thing!) I have now added additional information (which is probably the reason I didn’t complete and post it at the time I originally wrote it).  In any event, it is even more current and clear to me (and I think this will be the case for those reading too) now than it was when I wrote it a few months ago.  See if you can relate to it as I feel many of you will….

The original post began like this….For all intents and purposes, the realities have already split.  Several months ago I heard that when this happened it would not be some major noticeable event, but rather that it would be very subtle.  It would happen quietly and then one day we would just go, “Hey wait a minute, something is different here!”   Well, I believe this is what has happened. I felt this awhile back, but wasn’t 100% sure so I wanted to hold off on writing about it until I had all the details and it appears they are here!  So..without further adieu…

I have been hearing for quite sometime that the realities have indeed split. But probably a better way of describing this is in terms of ‘dimensions’ rather than ‘realities’.  We are accessing many different dimensions now and many of us are in and out of several on any given day. We are becoming multi-dimensional beings and not only does that mean we are able to access other dimensions, but some of us are accessing several different dimensions at the same time!  But lets save that for another post as this is already mind boggling enough!  Depending upon which dimension we are interacting in, is what is determining our ‘reality’.  So that’s where the ‘splitting of realities’ phrase comes in.

ALL DIMENSIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO US NOW….depending upon where we are in our personal transformation process determines which dimensions are accessible to us…and this can change depending on what our frequency is and where we are vibrating, at any given time.  Most of you reading this are operating from the high 4th dimension now and  pop in and out of 5th dimension from time to time.

As we get used to doing this, and it will seem as we discover it quite by accident, (but of course it isn’t by accident) we will learn how to not just pop into 5D, but to stay there for extended periods and eventually operate mostly from there.

But, there are higher dimensions available to us now too!  And as we continue to do the work to clear ourselves emotionally (and yes, there’s ALWAYS more clearing to do…) we will begin to notice that from time to time we are accessing even higher dimensions!

The visits may be brief at first, but as more and more souls awaken, which in turn will anchor in higher and higher frequencies on the earth, along with our solar system traveling through the Photon Belt;  these higher dimensions will become more attainable. Heather Carlini of www.thecarliniinstitute.com has written a very informative and well documented, both scientifically and spiritually, piece on the Photon Belt and how it is affecting all of us. I feel many of us have been visiting these higher dimensions for awhile (of course not as often as we would like!)  but in my experience, I didn’t really have a name for it..or understand exactly what was happening or how  to explain it until very recently.

Maureen St. Germain, called the MerKaBa Classic, the original 17 breath meditation where we learned the Mer*Ka*Ba Meditation based on Sacred Geometry, as written about by Drunvalo Melchizedek found in the “Ancient Secrets of the Flower of Life”  Vol. I or II.  Maureen has spent most of the last 20 years developing a knowledge base beyond Drunvalo’s groundbreaking work.

I also attended the class called Advanced MerKaBa as a follow up to the MerKaBa Classic workshop.  I thought I understood dimensions before the workshop, but boy oh boy, there is no comparison between knowing the concepts of the different dimensions and experiencing going in and out of them repeatedly over the course of a few days!  What a trip!  Of course I didn’t realize at the time that was what I was doing.  It’s that same old thing of not being able to reflect on the process during, but afterwards, when you look back on it, you can see and reflect on what took place. 

But, this is where it gets really interesting…One thing Maureen mentioned was that in 3D we have memory, and in the higher dimensions there is no memory…now…let’s think about this for a minute….I’m probably safe in assuming that many of you have experienced the loss of memory increasing over the last few years.  Thankfully, I have friends who have experienced this too because if not, I would have thought it was time to look into the possibility of  an onset of extremely early Alzheimer’s!

Once we start spending more time in the higher dimensions, the things we experience there cannot be remembered..in 3D,  memory serves to anchor us there.  In 4D, (also known as the Astral Plane), and 4D is vast...with many, many layers… you’ll find that in the higher realms of 4D (very, very close to 5D), the past and future begin to merge, and we are operating more from a standpoint of being in the present, so therefore there’s really no need for memory. As you move into the higher dimensions, there is no memory and no need for it..(I know, I had to ‘sit’ with this one for awhile too).

One important aspect to point out about 4D and I had heard this before, but Maureen expanded on it with additional information, is that 4D is basically a ‘transfer station’...it serves as a place that is ‘on the way’ to somewhere else.  It’s not really a place you want to stay, (especially in the lower realms) and the way you move out of it is by not participating by trying to control it, but rather the thing to do is to just allow and notice...without judgement (this part is important) and once you reach that point of understanding, it’s effortless to move into 5D, where we are fully merged with our higher self and we experience perfection as we know it, or as Maureen explained, rather this is a projection of what perfection is…

Since the workshop, when I look back at some of my notes, I marvel at the fact that I do not ‘remember’ writing most of them!  But it’s a rather new experience of ‘recalling’ instead of ‘remembering’…the only way I can explain it is, it’s like when you know there is something saved on your computer, but you don’t remember what it is called or what it was about…but something (an innate knowing of sorts) will trigger the need to ‘restore’ saved (but not remembered) information and then somehow you ‘bring up’ the ‘file’ you wanted to ‘recall’…wow, just writing this is enough to make me dizzy!  Hopefully that won’t happen to anyone reading it!  It’s been an odd experience to say the least, but utterly fascinating as well!!

So back to the topic of realities splitting, or in other words, the various dimensions we are all operating from…there is one huge group (or enough to create ‘critical mass’) of souls who collectively raised their vibration enough that it is/was enough to go along with the planet as she raises her vibration and ascends.  This in turn created the opportunity for all groups of souls to now have the ability to access the higher dimensions.  

Now, the way I was shown that this is working, is that the groups who are awakened and have raised their vibration to a higher frequency can ‘see’ the other groups, and by ‘see’…. meaning, they can interact with them, but here’s the really cool part…ONLY if they CHOOSE to interact with them.  Take note in your daily life and see if this is not the case for you already. I was surprised that this is what I have been experiencing for quite some time in my own personal life.  There’s that “subtlety” aspect coming in…. Now these other groups are existing in their own world(s) or realities they are creating.  They cannot ‘see’ the first group…meaning the first group just isn’t in their awareness.

If this sounds familiar, it should, because what I saw when I received this information was how this happened in the book and movie, The Celestine Prophecy, by James Redfield. It’s worth revisiting that book or movie even if you’ve read or seen it before because I promise you that you will see underlying currents and layers of information that you did not see the first time you read the book or saw the movie.  Re-watching the movie awhile back was a totally enjoyable and enlightening experience!

Remember too that, (someone really needs to invent a new word for ‘remember’!)  we are all now CO-CREATORS with this high frequency energy that is here on earth now, but…we have to choose to use it, and even more importantly, we need to be aware of how we are using it… Energy itself is neutral and it’s when we put our intention behind it that determines a positive or negative experience.

We Must Stop Funding the Fear of 3D and Techniques to Use

My husband and I live 17 miles North of Boston.  On Monday, the day of the marathon bombings, we were thoroughly enjoying one of the most powerful workshops I’ve ever participated in, called “Advanced MerKaBa” given by  Maureen St. Germain, who is an amazing teacher.  We hosted her at our home over the weekend and attended the Classic MerKaBa Workshop, (formally known as the Flower of Life workshop) on Saturday/Sunday and the advanced workshop on Monday.

It was late afternoon on our last day of the workshops when we first heard the news. The cell phone of one of the people in our group was repeatedly going off.  When she checked it, she spoke up to tell us that something was happening in  Boston.

She had texts coming in from all over the place, even from overseas, with loved ones wanting to hear from her to let them know she was safe.  She works on Boylston Street where the finish line of the race was and where the bombs exploded.  She was supposed to be at work Monday but thankfully decided during the Flower of Life workshop held the two and a half days prior that she would attend the advanced class on Monday.

Upon hearing the news, the emotion and energy in the room became very intense.  Maureen had discussed earlier how any charged emotional situation, be it happy or sad, can amplify manifestation.  She suggested we send love, healing, and peace to Boston, to all the people who were hurting and frightened.  The energy in the room and what we were all feeling shifted, and rose to a higher frequency and we able to continue with the class.

We had been discussing earlier how dimensions are a state of mind and (unfortunately) we had a real live experience to validate what we had just been talking about.  It was a small, intimate group, and everyone was very gifted.  A few of us were getting the message that what had just happened was intended as a distraction by those who wouldn’t want us to succeed in the transformation of consciousness.

But here’s the thing, we already HAVE succeeded and there is nothing they can do about it. The real question is how long are we going to FUND the 3D/low 4D reality??  I’ve borrowed, made a copy and adopted the word ‘fund’ from Maureen.

Her use of that word, describes perfectly what we do not want to do.  The old is on it’s way out.  This reality is done. It is over.  It is literally in the death throes of flinging off what’s left of its negative, chaotic and dark energy. But what we must do, is stop funding that energy.  When we focus our attention on anything, it serves to amplify it.  And remember, that is especially true if a situation is very emotionally charged.

We can start by not watching the news coverage that drones on and on.  If you do watch it, or did watch it right after the bombings, you may have noticed the ‘loop’ of information that kept repeating over and over and over.  Showing the same awful repeating pictures as well.  This was also done in a very short amount of time, like every 7-8 minutes or so, hence the ‘loop’.  This is programming in more ways than one!

It is truly hypnotic.  And just as if you were really being hypnotized, you wouldn’t be able to reflect back on the experience until AFTER you came out of it, IF then.  This is how ‘programming’ can keep us in the lower dimensions, where we experience polarity and fear.  Maureen spoke a lot about programming, and one of the things she says we can do is to “OPT OUT”.  She gave several examples of how this works.  Basically any behavior that is ‘set’ (programmed) into mass consciousness, such as drinking coffee in the morning, change it up…don’t have your coffee in the morning (or better yet, don’t have coffee at all;).  Something THIS simple can begin to take you out of mass consciousness programming!

This part is very important:  By not buying into the fear that events like this entice us to feel, we can limit what is left of this dark energy.  The more we engage with it, or ‘FUND’ it…the longer it will hang around.  To quickly move out of fear, concentrate on sending a beam of love from your heart (chakra) out into the world to ALL human-beings’ hearts.

Not only will this alleviate the fear you are feeling, it will assist in the opening of others’ hearts.  For it’s through the open hearts of all humanity, that we will transmute any darkness into light and collectively raise our vibration.

There Will Be No Doubt…

Welcome!

For months, well no, actually probably a couple of years now I have heard from many that I should write.  I was like, “Write what??”  Well, it has become abundantly clear what I am to write about.  In fact, if I don’t write (and SOON) I’m not sure that I will have any peace!  Because now, not only am I hearing from my fellow humans about writing, but I am receiving TONS of information from SOURCE.  My number has been found (I’m assuming unlisted numbers don’t work there;) and seeing how this call is coming from an infinite stream of consciousness, I don’t think the “ringing” is going to stop anytime soon!  So I guess it is time for me to finally answer the cosmic phone. I psychically receive information in regards to Higher Consciousness and the Great Shift of Ages and how it is affecting us humans and our beautiful planet. I can also “read” the energy that is coming in and it is ever changing and ever increasing in frequency and vibration.  I’ve been told it is my duty to share the information with whomever is interested.  As the energy ebbs and flows, I will be posting updates and sharing with you what is being shared with me.  So, with that said; away we go!

For the past week, maybe a little longer (I promise to be more prompt in the future!) I have been hearing the phrase, “There will be NO doubt”.  I am also hearing, “For those with eyes to see” there will be absolutely no mistaking that something is happening.  Many may not know exactly what that is yet, but this latest wave of energy will (and already has) turn things so topsy-turvy, that questions are beginning to be asked by those who are noticing that something quite different from anything they have ever seen or experienced thus far, is happening.  Increasingly, they will realize that things just do not make sense anymore.

Part of what is happening with this latest wave, is that we will finally, once and for all, begin to wake up to the truth, that the reality we are all a part of currently, is not real, but rather an illusion.  Most of us have heard this concept before and may even know it in our being as truth, but the energy that is coming in will make this so obvious, there will be no mistaking it.  It is already in process.

Those who are already Awake and know that we are many years well into the Shift, will also, once and for all, Have NO DOUBT, (if they still harbored any) that this Shift is REALLY happening..we ARE Shifting, Evolving, Ascending, Awakening, whatever you choose to call it, you will now KNOW it is truly REAL.

So increase your awareness and attention, and question what you are seeing, feeling, hearing…the time is NOW.  Notice the Polarity.  It is a time of extremes, and an obvious one at that.  This will only continue to increase over the next few weeks.  We are in the final push of birthing a new reality (and maybe more than one, more on THAT in an upcoming post, stay tuned!).

There will be many people coming right behind us, (and already are) who are new to this information, seeking answers to the question of what on earth is happening?!?  For those at the forefront, it is our place to assist the ones who ask.  I am seeing tiers of people on ascending stair steps and being told it is the responsibility of the souls on the step above to reach back and assist the ones a step below them.  This Shift is finally, for sure, evident everywhere, for “Those with eyes to see.”
